●  CK6160 series CNC lathes are the latest CNC lathes developed by our company for market demand with excellent cost performance. The machine tool has mature structure, sophisticated manufacturing and mass production. It is one of the main models of our company. The machine tool is widely used for batch turning of discs, sleeves, short shafts, internal and external threads, tapered surfaces and spherical surfaces. The machine has the following characteristics:
●  The machine tool adopts flat bed, wide support hard rail layout and fully enclosed appearance design. The machine tool has complete configuration, beautiful appearance, good rigidity and precision, excellent reliability, easy operation and maintenance, and safety.
●  The machine tool adopts one-piece casting of bed and foot, ultra-frequency quenching guide rail, and after secondary tempering treatment, good thermal stability, good rigidity, reasonable arrangement of ribs, which effectively improves the cutting shock resistance of the machine tool.
●  The machine tool can be equipped with three-gear variable frequency speed regulation and single-spindle full infinitely variable speed spindle box configuration, which can meet the turning needs of users for different workpiece conditions such as high torque and high-speed precision cutting. The spindle support adopts high-quality precision bearings.
●  The machine tool can be equipped with an adjustable cutter arrangement, which is convenient for the adjustment of the center height of the tool nose, and at the same time brings convenience to the machining of tools with different specifications of the cutter.
